County by County

The Counties
We Serve.

Mecklenburg County

Charlotte and its ring towns. I-77, I-85 and the I-485 loop all run through here, and between the interstates and the constant roadwork along them this is where most of our chip and crack work comes from. We cover Charlotte itself plus Huntersville, Cornelius, Matthews, Mint Hill and Pineville.

Cabarrus County

Concord and Kannapolis, along the I-85 corridor northeast of Charlotte. Speedway and Concord Mills traffic keeps this stretch busy well beyond normal commuting hours, and event weekends put a lot of out-of-town vehicles on it.

Gaston County

Gastonia and the I-85 run west toward the South Carolina line, where US-321 crosses heading north. Two loaded freight routes through one county.

Union County

Monroe and the US-74 corridor southeast of Charlotte, including the Monroe Expressway. Quarry and construction traffic runs this route toward Charlotte job sites daily.

Stanly County

Albemarle and the NC-24/27 corridor. Rural two-lane routes and chip-seal surfaces out toward Badin Lake, plus the county's long-running stone and aggregate industry.

Lincoln County

Denver and Lincolnton, west of Lake Norman. NC-16 carries Denver commuters south toward Charlotte and US-321 runs freight through Lincolnton toward the Hickory corridor.

Catawba County

Newton and Maiden, north of Lincoln County. US-321 and NC-16 feed traffic toward I-40, and the data center operation off Startown Road brings steady commercial traffic through Maiden.

Rowan County

Salisbury, at the north end of the I-85 run, where US-29 and US-52 feed the interstate. Quarry country, and the loads that start here head south past us.

Iredell County

Statesville, where I-40 and I-77 cross. One of the busiest freight crossroads in the state, with trucking and distribution operations built around it.
